Note for joining online rooms

1. Online conference rooms are only provided to registered attendees, committee and invited speakers residing outside of mainland China.

2. Please download "Webex events" and install the application in your computer in advance if you are a speaker. Click to download. (Left menu bar - Support - Downloads - Webex Events)

3. For speakers: When you click "join" the room, please do NOT run temporary application. Make sure you have installed the webex events application in your computer.

4. The meeting rooms will open on 8:00 am from Oct. 24-27. Please join the room as Panelist if you registered on OSA website before.

5. Click to see conference program if you need.
