本次会议采用“境内线下”的形式举办，报告人与参会代表需来到会议现场作报告及参会，请报告人和参会代表提前进行在线注册交费，酒店预定。

2. Speakers residing ouside of mainland China

Note: 

We recommend speakers residing ouside of mainland China to prerecord presentations in Zoom. However, if you wish to present a live online talk, please send email to ACP/IPOC 2020 Secretariat: acp@siom.ac.cn after you confirmed your talk schedule.

Online workshop invited speaker could enter the online meeting room without registering the conference.

1) Prerecording presentations in Zoom

√ Deadline to Remit: October 16

√ Please register on OSA website (registration access will open soon)  before October 20

2) Live online presentation

√ ACP/IPOC 2020 are using the Cisco webex meetings to present virtual and onsite programs.

√ Click to see the guidelines for speakers join Cisco webex meetings.

√ Speakers will recieve an Email including access to the meeting room.

√ We will contact you to test online few days before the conference.

√ Speakers would like to join other meeting rooms. please see the note No.3

3. Attendees residing ouside of mainland China (No Reports)

√ Attendees residing ouside of mainland China do NOT need to download the application if you have no presentation (you could join the meeting via browser).

√ You will recieve an Email including access to the meeting room on about October 22.

√ Please register on OSA website before October 20, or you will not join the meeting room in time (Workshop invited speakers don't have to register the conference).
