35-word Abstract The 35-word abstract should be a brief summary of the work. If the submission is accepted for presentation, this 35-word abstract will be included in the Conference Program Book. （35字摘要将用于印刷在会议手册中）

3-page Summary (up to 3 pages maximum): Please upload a file containing your paper in PDF format. The file size cannot exceed 2MB. Please be sure that your file meets the requirements of the Style Guide (in PDF, Word, and LaTex formats) and is no more than 3 pages. If you do not follow the style guide, your paper may be automatically rejected. Make sure you include the title, abstract, and all author names and affiliations on the paper, and ensure that the title and author information on the paper matches the information you entered during the submission process. Incomplete papers will not be published.

If accepted, your paper will be officially published in OSA Publishing's Digital Library and indexed in Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Awards

Charles Kao Best Paper Award in Industry Innovation/ 5 recipients, Huawei Matebook

Any non-invited speaker, who is the first author as well as the presenting author of a paper submitted will be eligible for this award. Five papers focusing on industry and technology will be selected by the ACP 2019 Committee. Certificates and Awards will be presented to the winners at the conference banquet and award ceremony.

* 优秀论文奖面向第一作者非邀请报告人的侧重于产业和技术的论文，总共5名，将由ACP2019以产业和技术为主的评委会评选产生，报告人需为论文第一作者且缴费注册。获奖者将在会议晚宴及颁奖典礼上获颁证书及奖品。

Tingye Li Best Student Paper Award/ 8 recipients, Huawei Phone

Any full-time university student, who is the first author as well as the presenting author of a paper submitted  with choosing presentation type of “Best Student Paper Award”will be eligible for this award. Eight winners will be selected by the ACP 2019 Committee. Certificates and Awards will be presented to the winners at the conference banquet and award ceremony.

* 优秀学生论文奖面向第一作者为学生的口头报告论文，总共八名，将由ACP2019评委会评选产生，报告人需为论文第一作者且缴费注册，提交论文时需选择“Best Student Paper Award”报告类型。获奖学生将获邀出席会议晚宴及在颁奖典礼上获颁证书及奖品。

Best Poster Award/ 15 recipients, Huawei Pad

Any poster paper that is registered by at least one of the authors, presented during the assigned time slot will be eligible for this award. Certificates and Awards will be presented to the winners at the conference banquet and award ceremony.
